Emerging artists may volunteer to share a video performance for possible inclusion in an on-line gallery and/or a live in-person performance for possible inclusion during the outdoor free programming scheduled for July 2023 in downtown Victoria.
Professional artists have been personally invited to participate in the 2023 Victoria Flamenco Festival and professional applications are not being sought this year.
