The Flamenco de la Isla Society welcomes you to the Victoria Flamenco Music Intensive 2025! 

This special event includes three incredible flamenco shows! The cherished Flamenco Guitar Night is back on SUNDAY JULY 20 at Hermann’s Jazz Club with local guitarists and singers; and we are happy to partner with Alma de España to present two special Tablao shows back-to-back on SUNDAY JULY 27 at the Mint with local and guest artists.

Have you ever wanted to try flamenco guitar, sing flamenco cante, or learn how to play groovy palmas? All of this is possible during this summer’s Victoria Flamenco Music Intensive Workshops! Join local flamenco instructors Veronica Maguire, Gareth Owen, Denise Yeo, and Iminah Kani Amal-Hill, along with guest artists Vicente Griego, cantaor from Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Davide Sampaolo, flamenco percussionist from Vancouver/Rome, for a fun and exciting learning experience – let them transport you to Spain!
